2023-24 GSAC All-Sports Award

The Master's edges Vanguard by 0.01 to capture the commissioner's cup.

The GSAC All-Sports Award will head to Santa Clarita for the first time in school history. The Master's University edged Vanguard University by 0.01 of a point in the final standings to take home the commissioner's cup for the 2023-24 season.

The Mustangs clinched the top spot (7.14 point average) with regular season championships in Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Men's Basketball and Men's Volleyball.  They also finished second in Men's Golf and Women’s Track and Field.

Vanguard University finished in second place (7.13 point-average) on the heels of three regular season championships in the sports of Women's Volleyball, Women's Basketball and Women’s Track and Field.  They earned 5 second place finishes in Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Men's Soccer, Men's Volleyball and Softball.

Arizona Christian University finished in third place in the standings, with a 6.03 point-average. The Firestorm won a title in Men’s Basketball and had second place finishes in Beach Volleyball and Men’s Track and Field.

Menlo College (5.93), Hope International University (5.79), OUAZ (5.34), Jessup University (5.30), and Life Pacific University (3.50) round out the GSAC All Sports standings.

Schools are awarded 8 points for winning the conference title, 7 points for placing second and so on down the line.  Schools are also given one point for each sport they sponsor in the conference.  The total points are then divided by the number of sports to arrive at the scoring average.
