On the women’s side it is now four in a row for The Master’s program, and this time they did it by taking the top three spots and six of the top seven.
TMU finished more than 11 minutes in front of second place Vanguard with their top five times over the 6k course.
Hannah Fredericks won the race individually with a time of 20:40.6, just two-tenths off the course record she set back in September at the TMU Invitational. This is Fredericks' second GSAC individual title as she won the conference race back in 2021 as a freshman. Defending GSAC Champion Ellen Palmgren finished second (20:54.2) and Suzie Johnson took third (21:27.2).
