Waddell, Ariz.- With first place up for grabs in the GSAC standings, Alyssa Grinstead led the way for Arizona Christian to sweep OUAZ on Friday with a win in game one and a save in game two.  ACU rolled in game one before falling behind 5-0 in game two but completing the comeback victory.

• Raelynn Villanueva pinch ran, Brooke Lemley pinch hit before Lauko cranked a three run home run on her old high school field
• Seven different players accounted for the seven Firestorm runs
• Grinstead faced traffic on the bases but minimized the scoring of the Spirit for win number 11

Inside Game Two

• The Spirit plated two in the first and three in the second for a 5-0 edge
• After going scoreless in the first three innings, Arizona Christian erupted for a seven spot in the fourth
• ACU sent 11 batters to the plate as Bradford started the comeback with a 2 RBI single
• Landeros dropped down a bunt single to cash in Glory Estabrook
• An error continued the inning and McCracken delivered a double with the bases loaded to score all three
• Pearson helped her own cause with an RBI single to cap the scoring in the fifth
• OUAZ loaded in bases in the seventh and Grinstead went back to the circle and struck out the final out on three pitches
