Redding, Calif.- After dropping their first game of the day to No. 10 Oregon Tech, Arizona Christian responded by beating Simpson two games in a row on a cold Friday in Northern California.  Both Dayna Herrera and Christina Grubb launched home runs in the first game against the Red Hawks.

• Grubb capped the scoring with her first home run of the season

• A three run top of the first was all the scoring ACU would have needed
• After SU scored once, ACU scored the next six
• Grubb and Herrera were clutch with the bases loaded as Grubb doubled in three and Herrera doubled home two
• Estabrook came on in the third and pitched the final 4.2 innings
