Redding, Calif.- On a day when Arizona Christian had a game postponed and the second game delayed in start time all due to snow, Dayna Herrera threw a complete game shutout to freeze out Corban.  She struck out a career high 11 batters.

• In the sixth, Martin walked, stole second and third, and scored when the throw attempt at third was off target
• ACU only had two hits in the game but they both came in the seventh- singles from Grubb and Slater
• Pinch runner Brooke Lemley and Slater came home on an error at third for a 3-0 lead
• Herrera struck out at least one batter in every inning including the side in the first and threw out a runner at the plate in the seventh
• Win number two was the reward for Herrera's efforts
