Benedictine Mesa battled back from a 3–0 deficit to defeat Spring Arbor 4–3 in nine innings.
Spring Arbor broke through in the fifth with three runs on a double, a sac fly, and an error. The Redhawks immediately countered:
Javier Rochin doubled and scored, and
Oliver Davies added an RBI single to make it 3–2.
In the sixth,
Cooper Jeffries delivered a clutch RBI triple to tie the game 3–3. Strong pitching on both sides kept the score even until the end.
The Redhawks sealed the win in the seventh when
Jack Moore doubled, advanced to third on a wild pitch, and
Ben Schnurman blasted his second triple of the game to take the lead. The realeaving pitcher Bobby Romitti held the Cougars at bay to end the game, Redhawks 4-3.
