The field is set for the 2025 Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC) Men’s Soccer Championship, with four programs advancing to the postseason in pursuit of the conference title and an automatic berth to the NAIA National Championship.
Semifinal play begins Friday, November 7, with No. 3 Benedictine Mesa traveling to No. 2 Arizona Christian in Glendale, Arizona. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. MST / 11:30 a.m. PST. Later that afternoon, No. 4 Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) will visit top-seeded La Sierra University in Riverside, California, with kickoff set for 1:00 p.m. PT.
Both semifinal contests will stream live on the GSAC Sports Network, available as a Smart TV app or online at
GSACSportsNetwork.com. Tickets can be purchased in advance at
tickets.gsacsports.org. The winners will meet in the GSAC Championship Final on Tuesday, November 11, hosted by the highest remaining seed.
La Sierra , the regular-season champion, claimed the No. 1 seed after finishing 10-3 in GSAC play and 12-3-1 overall. The Golden Eagles enter the postseason riding a seven-match winning streak and have outscored opponents 36–18 in GSAC games on the year. Their regular-season finale was a 3–2 win over Embry-Riddle on October 30, securing the top spot and home-field advantage throughout the tournament.
Arizona Christian earned the No. 2 seed after posting a 7-4-2 record in conference play and a 10-5-3 overall mark. The Firestorm have been a defensive force, allowing just 12 goals in league action while scoring 22. ACU split its regular-season series with Benedictine Mesa, earning a 4–2 win at home on September 27 before falling 2–1 in Mesa on October 25. With six home victories already this season, Arizona Christian will aim to regain its momentum on familiar turf.
Benedictine Mesa holds the No. 3 seed after finishing 6-3-4 in the GSAC and 9-4-5 overall. The Redhawks enter the tournament on a three-match winning streak and have proven dangerous away from home, compiling a 5-1-2 road record. Their balanced play on both ends of the field and recent win over Arizona Christian make them a strong contender to reach the conference final.
Embry-Riddle completes the field as the No. 4 seed with a 6-3-4 conference record and a 7-5-5 overall mark. The Eagles have been consistent all season, conceding just 15 goals in league play while maintaining a disciplined defensive structure. Despite a narrow 3–2 setback at La Sierra in their regular-season finale, Embry-Riddle brings postseason experience and resilience that could make for another tight battle in Riverside.
With each team entering the postseason carrying a winning record and proven success against top competition, the 2025 GSAC Men’s Soccer Championship is set to deliver a tightly contested weekend of play as the league’s best look to lift the conference trophy and punch their ticket to nationals.
