The Chandler, Arizona native finished the weekend hitting an impressive .583, collecting seven hits in 12 at-bats while driving in three RBIs, scoring three runs, and drawing three walks.
Vander Valk’s biggest performance came in Park-Gilbert’s 8–5 win, where he went 4-for-4 with three runs scored, a double, and two RBIs to help spark the offense. His consistent presence at the plate led to a .667 on-base percentage and .667 slugging percentage across the series.
