The redshirt sophomore forward averaged 23.0 points per game while shooting an efficient 56.7 percent from the field and an impressive 62.5 percent from three-point range. Gittens showcased his scoring versatility with an 18-point effort against La Sierra before exploding for 28 points on the road at Life Pacific, knocking down six three-pointers in the win.
Beyond his scoring output, Gittens made a major impact in other areas of the game. He averaged 9.5 rebounds per contest, providing a strong presence on the glass, and anchored the defense with six total blocks and a steal over the two games. His ability to score efficiently while contributing defensively and on the boards proved instrumental in OUAZ’s success and highlighted his all-around value during the week.
