Allie Puente Award Pitcher of the Week Week Of 2/27/2023 Sport Softball School Hope International Year Junior Position Pitcher Hometown Fresno, CA High School Puente, the Royals all time strikeouts leader, was on fire last week leading the Royals to two victories over British Columbia and La Sierra. In the first game she threw a complete game allowing just one earned run while striking out 10. Then in the next game against La Sierra she threw another complete came allowing just one run while striking out 15. The junior struck out 25 batters over the two games and leads the GSAC in strikeouts and is third in the NAIA this season with 72.
