Jack Anderson made a strong case as the top NAIA runner this month, winning the TMU XC Invitational in a field of 220 runners that included top NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. He clocked a 24:11.7 to take first place, leading from start to finish and earning NAIA Runner of the Week honors. Earlier in the month, Anderson also finished 7th at the Biola XC Invitational, despite battling illness in a competitive field of over 170 runners.
