The senior midfielder netted nine goals over the last four matches, including two game-winners and an assist, establishing himself as one of the most dangerous attacking threats in the conference. This past week, Palena scored once in a 5-1 win over Life Pacific and followed it up with a brace and an assist in a 4-1 victory over The Master’s. He currently leads La Sierra with a .429 shot percentage and is averaging 1.5 goals per game in GSAC play.
