Ashlyn Edwards Award Player of the Week Week Of 10/16/2023 Sport Women's Soccer School Hope International Year Senior Position F Hometown Spring Valley, CA High School A senior transfer from San Diego Christian Edwards helped lead the Royals to a big win over then first place GSAC opponent Arizona Christian 3-0. In the first game of the week she assisted on what would be the game winning goal and then scored the second goal to make it 2-0. She then assisted on the third goal as the Royals won 3-0. In the second game of the week against No. 22 OUAZ she scored both Royals goals but it wasn't enough as they fell 3-2. All together she scored or assisted on all five Royals goals this week and has scored in four of the last five games.
