The GSAC has 8 basketball teams that will be going to nationals March 17-23. Regular-season GSAC Co-Champion Vanguard won the GSAC Women’s Basketball Tournament. Vanguard already received the conference’s first automatic berth to the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship and GSAC Co-Champion Azusa Pacific received the other automatic bid. Point Loma Nazarene and Biola also received at-large berths to the women’s tournament which will be held at Oman Arena in Jackson, Tennesee. GSAC Champion Concordia earned the conference’s first automatic bid and GSAC Tournament Champion Azusa Pacific is the other automatic qualifier. Biola and Fresno Pacific were awarded at-large berths to the men’s national tournament which will be held at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri.
