Senior guard Bridgette Reyes averaged 26 points, 6 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.5 steals in 2 conference wins for No. 3-ranked Vanguard last week. Reyes was 18-for-26 (.692) from the field, including 2-for-4 (.500) from the 3-point arc, and 14-for-16 (.875) at the free throw line. In the win at Concordia, Reyes had 25 points, on 8-for-9 shooting, as well as 9 assists, 7 steals, and 6 rebounds. In the victory against Westmont, she had 27 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. She leads the Lions in scoring, assists, steals, and free throws made this season. Reyes was named the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
