hitter Traci Weamer had 34 kills with a .392 hitting percentage as No.
9-ranked Concordia won all 4 of its matches last week. Playing in 3
of the matches, Weamer also had 26 digs, 5 aces and 3 blocks (1 solo).
In the sweep of Dakota Wesleyan, she had 9 kills and 10 digs. Weamer
had 16 kills, 11 digs and 3 blocks (1 solo) in the victory over No. 7
Houston Baptist. Then in just 2 games against Montana Tech, she had
9 kills with no errors, and 5 digs and 3 aces. Weamer was
chosen as the
NAIA Region II Volleyball Player of the Week.

setter Ashley Smith recorded 88 assists (11.0 a/g) while playing in 3 of
Concordia's 4 wins at the Crowne Plaza Labor Day Festival. She also
had 12 digs, 8 kills, 6 aces and an assist block. In the sweep
of Dakota Wesleyan SD, Smith had 29 assists, 4 aces and 5 kills. In
the win over Houston Baptist TX, she had 42 assists and 8 digs. In 2
games against Montana Tech, Smith had 17 assists. Smith
was selected as the
NAIA Region II Volleyball Setter of the Week.

digs (2.7 d/g) and 5 aces as No. 9-ranked and stournament host Concordia
won all 4 of
its matches to remain undefeated for the season with an 8-0 record.
Moon's top performance was in the 4-game victory over No. 7-ranked Houston
Baptist, where she recorded 19 digs (4.75 d/g) and 2 aces. Moon
was named the
NAIA Region II Volleyball Player of the Week.

hitter Meghan Scheenstra averaged 7.3 kills per game with a .434 hitting
percentage as No. 21-ranked Biola split its GSAC contests last week.
She also had 15 digs (2.5 d/g), 2 aces and 2 assist blocks. In the
loss at No. 2 Fresno Pacific, she had 13 kills, 4 digs and an ace.
In the sweep of The Master's, Scheenstra had 31 kills (10.3 k/g), 11 digs
(3.67 d/g) and an ace. Scheenstra was named the NAIA Region II
Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

setter Allison Kincheloe tallied 151 assists (12.6 a/g), 63 digs (5.25
d/g), 8 aces, 4 kills and 4 assist blocks as No. 10-ranked Azusa Pacific
recorded its seventh straight victory, the best season-opening win streak
for a Cougar team since the 1980 squad won 12 straight to start the year.
At San Diego Christian, she had 41 assists and 8 digs. Kincheloe
collected 55 assists (11.0 a/g), 4 aces and a career-high 29 digs (5.8
d/g) in a 5-game win over Vanguard. At No. 18-ranked Point
Loma Nazarene, she had another 55 assists (13.75 a/g), 26 digs (6.5 d/g)
and 3 kills. Azusa Pacific has a 7-match winning streak.

Azusa Pacific defeated all 3 of its GSAC opponents last week.
In a 3-game sweep of San Diego Christian, she had 8 digs. In
a 5-game match with Vanguard, Brown had 27 digs (5.4 d/g) and 2
aces. Brown recorded a season-high 28 digs (7.0 d/g) in a
4-game victory at No. 18 Point Loma Nazarene.

matches last week. At San Diego Christian, she tallied 23 kills (7.7
k/g), 12 digs (4.0 d/g) and 1 solo block. In the victory at
Westmont, she had 10 kills (3.3 k/g) and 13 digs (4.3 d/g).

conference matches on the road last week. In the sweep at Hope
International, she had 22 assists (11.0 a/g) and 4 digs. In the
4-game match at No. 4 Concordia, Shu Liu had 50 assists (12.5 a/g), 9 digs
and 2 assist blocks. Shu Liu was selected as the NAIA Region II
Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.

No. 16 Point Loma Nazarene, she had 18 digs (6.0 d/g). In
the victory over San Diego Christian, Reese had 23 digs (7.7 d/g)
and 2 aces.

digs (3.3 d/g), 5 assist blocks and 2 aces as No. 2-ranked Fresno Pacific
won both of its GSAC contests last week and extended its overall winning
streak to 13 matches. In the win at No. 10-ranked Azusa Pacific, she
had 13 kills, 17 digs, 4 assists, 3 assist blocks and 2 aces. In the
sweep of No. 3 California Baptist, Leomil had 11 kills, 6 digs, 2 assist
blocks and 2 assists. The Sunbirds are the only remaining undefeated
team in GSAC play.

its GSAC matches last week. In the win at Vanguard, she had 59 assists
(14.75 a/g), 11 digs, 3 aces and 3 assist blocks (1 solo). In the
sweep of Westmont, Wright had 40 assists (13.3 a/g), 14 digs, 4 kills and
4 assist blocks. Wright was chosen as the NAIA Region II Women's
Volleyball Setter of the Week.

digs (3.0 d/g) and an ace. In the victory over No. 15 Point Loma
Nazarene, she had 20 digs (6.7 d/g), including 14 digs in game 3 alone.
Concordia is currently in a 3-way tie for second place in the GSAC.
Moon was named the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

Melissa Boer averaged 4.25 kills per game, with a .317 hitting percentage,
and 5.25 digs per game as No. 13-ranked Point Loma Nazarene won both of
its GSAC matches last week. In the win against Vanguard, she had 14
kills (4.7 k/g), 12 digs (4.0 d/g), 3 aces, and 1 solo block. In the
5-game victory over No. 18-ranked Biola, Boer registered 20 kills (4.0
k/g), 2 assist blocks, and a career-high
30 digs (6.0 d/g).
Boer was selected as the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the
Week.

Senior setter Natalie Rentz tallied 106 assists (13.25 a/g), 29 digs (3.6 d/g), 7
kills and 4 assist blocks as Point Loma Nazarene won both of its
conference matches last week. In the sweep of Vanguard, she recorded
44 assists (14.7 a/g) and 16 digs (5.3 d/g). In the win against
Biola, Rentz had 62 assists (12.4 a/g), 13 digs (2.6 d/g), 5 kills and 2
assist blocks. Rentz is now Point Loma Nazarene career digs leader with
1556, passing Darci Hess who had 1536 digs in her career from 1994-97.
Rentz
was selected as the
NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.
