Junior ~ Outside Hitter ~ Shen Yang, China
Lin Gao led No. 2-ranked Fresno Pacific to 3 wins last week with 39 kills (3.6 k/g), 49 digs, 4 aces and 2 assist blocks with a .444 hitting percentage. In the 5-game win over NCAA Div. II No. 21-ranked CS Bakersfield, Gao recorded 14 kills with a .480 hitting percentage and had 2 aces and 19 digs. In the win against Hope International, she again had 14 kills and added 15 digs. In the win against Concordia, Gao collected 11 kills, 15 digs and 2 aces. Fresno Pacific remains undefeated. Gao was selected as the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

Sola Del Rio recorded 68 assists, 17 digs, 4 aces, 3 kills and 2 assist blocks as No. 4-ranked Point Loma Nazarene won both of its GSAC matches at home last week. In the win against Christian Heritage, she had 33 assists and 11 digs. In the win against No. 9 Westmont, Del Rio had 35 assists, 3 aces and 6 digs.She averaged 11.3 assists per game for the week. Del Rio was named the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.

Last week, Rochelle Short recorded 31 kills in 41 attempts with only 2 errors for an impressive .707 hitting percentage and an average of 5.2 kills per game. She also recorded 6 aces, 6 blocks (2 solo) and 7 digs. In the win at Hope International, she had 12 kills with a .923 hitting percentage, 4 blocks (1 solo) and 3 aces. In the win against Concordia, Short had 19 kills to average 6.3 per game and recorded 5 digs and 3 aces. Short was selected as the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

Corrie Wall recorded 53 assists, 22 kills, 21 digs, 4 aces and 4 blocks (1 solo) as No. 24-ranked Christian Heritage won both of its GSAC matches last week. In the win at Concordia, she had 20 assists, and a game-high 14 kills and 16 digs. In the win against Hope International, Wall had 33 assists, 8 kills and 3 aces.

Mesha Wimer recorded 28 kills with a .575 hitting percentage and also had 8 assist blocks as No. 2-ranked Fresno Pacific won both its GSAC matches last week to remain undefeated at 20-0. In the win against The Master's, she had 16 kills to average 5.3 kills per game, and had 1 ace. In the victory over No. 13-ranked Westmont, Wimer had 12 kills with a .625 hitting percentage and had 5 assist blocks.

Last week Kristin Shepard collected 110 assists, 23 digs, 16 kills, 12 aces and 6 blocks (2 solo) as California Baptist won all 3 of its matches. In the win at Concordia, Shepard had 38 assists, 10 digs, 7 kills and 4 aces. In the victory against Embry-Riddle AZ, she had 27 assists, 6 aces and 6 kills with a .500 hitting percentage. In the win over Hope International, Shepard had 45 assists to average 12.5 assists per game, 7 digs and 3 blocks (1 solo).

Lin Gao collected 29 kills without any errors for a .475 hitting percentage last week as No. 2-ranked Fresno Pacific won both its GSAC matches and remained undefeated on the season. In the win at No. 24-ranked Christian Heritage, she had 12 kills, 2 aces, 9 digs and a .545 hitting percentage. In the win at No. 4-ranked Point Loma Nazarene, Gao had 17 kills and 15 digs. Gao was named the NAIA Region II Volleyball Player of the Week.

Sophomore ~ Setter ~ Clovis, California
Lisa Enns recorded 91 assists (13.0 per game), 22 digs (3.14 per game), 4 blocks (1 solo), 2 kills and an ace as the Sunbirds won both of their matches on the road. In the victory at Christian Heritage, she had 39 assists and 10 digs. Against Point Loma Nazarene, Enns had 52 assists, 12 digs and 3 blocks (2 solo). Enns was named the NAIA Region II Volleyball Setter of the Week.

JENNA SAGEHORN ~ Azusa Pacific University
Junior ~ Outside Hitter ~ Chino Hills, California
Sagehorn played a key role as Azusa Pacific ran its season-long win streak to 7 straight with a pair of wins over nationally-ranked teams.  In the Cougars' sweep of No. 22-ranked Christian Heritage, Sagehorn played a complimentary role with 7 kills, 4 digs and 2 aces.  However, she broke out with 19 kills, 18 digs and 2 blocks in the Cougars' 5-game win at No. 3-ranked Point Loma Nazarene.  She finished the week with 3.25 kills per game and 4.4 digs per game. Sagehorn was selected as the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

Sophomore ~ Setter ~ Clovis, California
For the second week in a row, Enns was selected Region II Setter of the Week with another outstanding week as the No. 2-ranked Sunbirds remained undefeated with a pair of GSAC wins over No. 13-ranked Biola and Vanguard.  In the 4-game win over Biola, Enns tallied 64 assists, 8 digs, an ace, a kill and a block.  Against Vanguard, Enns collected 44 assists, 8 digs, 1 block, 1 ace and a kill.  She finished the week with 108 assists (15.43 apg.) and 16 digs (2.29 dpg.) Enns was named the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.

Kathryn Kern recorded 49 kills (4.9 k/g), 35 digs (3.5 d/g), 11 blocks (5 solo) and 3 aces with a .500 hitting percentage as The Master's won all 3 of it matches last week. In the win against Concordia, she had 15 kills and 16 digs. In the win over Alliant International, she had 15 kills and 4 blocks ( 2 solo). In the win at Hope International, Kern collected 19 kills, 17 digs and 4 blocks (1 solo). Kern was named the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

Amber Donovan set back-to-back career highs in assists to help Westmont defeat 2 conference teams that are nationally ranked. For the week, she had 120 assists (12.0 a/g), 14 digs, 4 kills, 3 aces and 2 assist blocks. In the upset win against No. 10-ranked Point Loma Nazarene, she had 53 assists, 5 digs and 2 kills. In the win over No. 22-ranked Christian Heritage, Donovan recorded 67 assists, 9 digs, 2 aces and 2 kills. Donovan was chosen as the NAIA Region II Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.

Michelle Warkentin recorded 53 kills (4.8 k/g) with a .473 hitting percentage and had 12 blocks (4 solo) as No. 14-ranked Biola won 2 of 3 matches last week. In the win at Vanguard, she averaged 6.7 kills with only 1 error for a .704 hitting percentage. In the win at Chapman, Warkentin had 19 kills (4.8 k/g), 4 blocks (2 solo), and 3 aces. In the loss to No. 21-ranked Westmont, she had 14 kills (3.5 k/g), 3 digs and 4 assist blocks.

In the win against No. 6-ranked Azusa Pacific, she had 57 assists (14.25 a/g) and 13 digs. In the win against California Baptist, Enns had 39 assists (13.0 a/g), 9 digs and 3 assist blocks.

Brickner was named the NAIA Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.

In the win against Concordia, she had 37 assists, 11 digs, 8 kills and 2 aces. In the win over Alliant International, Shepard had 28 assists, 7 digs, 4 kills and 3 aces. Then in the victory at Hope International, she had 21 assists and 10 digs.

Patti Scofield led No. 13-ranked Westmont to 3 GSAC wins last week, and the Warriors have now won 9 of their last 10 matches. For the week, Scofield recorded 59 kills (5.9 k/g) with a .294 hitting percentage, as well as 35 digs (3.5 d/g), 7 assist blocks and 4 aces. In Westmont's only home game of the week against The Master's, Scofield had 16 kills, 8 digs, 4 assist blocks and 2 aces. In the win at California Baptist, she had 23 kills with a .409 hitting percentage, 15 digs and 3 assist blocks. In the 3-game sweep of No. 5-ranked Azusa Pacific, Scofield recorded 20 kills (6.7 k/g) and 12 digs (4 d/g).

In the victory over No. 8-ranked Point Loma Nazarene, Enns had 38 assists (13.3 a/g), 7 digs, 3 aces and 2 assist blocks.
